About Full: the musical
Based on the playwright’s personal experiences, “Full” follows the struggle of a young woman battered by an adolescent trauma, combating her demons, finding herself powerless and battling her way back. After an initial workshop staging in September of 2015, the show is being further developed in partnership with Jobsite Theatre.
“The New York International Fringe Festival (FringeNYC) is the largest multi-arts festival in North America. The festival presents programming by nearly 200 of the world’s best emerging theatre troupes and dance companies.”
A benefit concert of “Full”, hosted by Jobsite Theatre at the Shimberg Playhouse, is scheduled for May 16, 2016. Proceeds from the concert in addition to a GoFundMe campaign will go towards offsetting the nearly $10,000 budget needed for festival fees, production needs, transportation, advertising, and actor stipends.
